Some of sim racing's biggest hardware brands are having huge sales over the Black Friday weekend.
If you're a sim racer like me, you'll know that it's one of the most expensive hobbies you can choose. Even entry-level equipment can cost a couple of hundred dollars in Australia, and top-level equipment is many thousands.
So, for us sim-heads, Black Friday is the biggest day of the year! Some of the best equipment on the market is being slashed by huge margins, and there's no better time to get the next upgrade for your rig.
The only problem is, there's so many deals going on – how can you filter out the rubbish to get the best value for your money? Thankfully, I've done the research for you and listed some of the biggest and best deals on sim racing equipment below for your one-stop shop to upgrade your setup.
Pagnian Imports
Pagnian Imports are having a massive sale for Black Friday, with up to 50% off storewide.
The Asetek Forte Formula is down to $616.85 from $949.00, a huge deal on one of the premium formula wheels on the market that even Max Verstappen uses. If you're looking to upgrade your wheel to a premium offering, this is a deal you can't miss.
For those who are wanting to get into sim racing for the very first time or want a rig that doesn't completely empty the wallet, the Next Level Racing Victory Cockpit is $110 off, down to $389.00.
Both the Asetek Forte Formula and Asetek La Prima GT bundles have insane 50% discounts, meaning you can now get a premium sim racing bundle with wheelbase, pedal set and steering wheel for half the price you would usually pay.

Player1 Sim Gear
Player1 Sim Gear has a big sale this Friday, with free shipping on Simagic products as well.
You can save $100 on the MOZA R9 direct drive wheelbase, which is perhaps the perfect entry point for sim racers upgrading from a belt-driven wheel.
If you're looking for a rigid cockpit but need something easier to assemble than an aluminium profile rig, the Trak Racer TR8 Pro is down to $959.65. This is a great cockpit for racers wanting to take sim racing seriously, but may need to disassemble and reassemble their cockpit multiple times over the next few years.
Perhaps the biggest deal of them all for many sim racers and those aspiring to soon be sim racing in their homes is that the Logitech G923 is discounted by nearly $150, down to $499.00. This wheel and pedal set is a staple of the sim racing world as it provides a great entry point to the hobby. Don't miss out on this one!
Simrigs
Simrigs.com.au is having a sale, though it's disappointing to see it's only advertised as "up to 15% off".
However, the Simagic Alpha Evo Sport 9nm and GT Neo wheel and wheelbase bundle is still down to $1,145.80, which could provide a great incentive for those looking to upgrade to a premium mid-tier direct drive setup from one of the most renowned brands on the market.

Trak Racer
It's absolutely insane to me that Trak Racer are offering aluminium profile rigs for such low prices these days.
Made even better with 15% off, you can now get the TR40S cockpit for $381.65, meaning sim racers now have a genuinely low entry point into proper sim racing cockpits.
For only $721.65, you can now get the TR120S V2 with seat slider kit, which is one of Trak Racer's premium racing cockpit offerings, giving you the most sturdy and no-compromise option for your sim racing.
Finally, if you want the absolute cream of the crop in sim racing rigs – the best of the best – then the TR160 V5 with seat slider kit is under $1,000 – now only $883.15! Incredible to get this level of quality in a rig for less than a grand.
Fanatec
Finally, one of the OGs in sim racing hardware, Fanatec, is having a nice little Black Friday sale which may entice you to get your next upgrade.
The Clubsport DD is down almost 400 bucks, now sitting at a cool $959.90. With 12nm of torque, this is the perfect mid-tier wheelbase for sim racers who love the Fanatec brand and the experience they bring to their products.
If you prefer something with a bit more grunt, the Podium Wheel Base DD2 QR2 delivers a staggering 25nm of torque and is now discounted by more than some wheelbases cost! At $735.00 off, it's now down to $1,764.90. No, it's not cheap, but if you're looking to take your sim racing experience to the next level and were planning on buying a 2nm wheelbase, this discount is one you won't want to ignore.
Enjoy!
That's it from me – enjoy your shopping this Black Friday with some of the amazing discounts out there by some of the biggest brands.
